Communal strives to bring upscale, fresh cuisine to the Provo restaurant community. Since we began, we have made it a priority to be a responsible part of the community. We are more than a restaurant, we are a gathering place of local farmers, purveyors, and artisans who work together to produce excellent food and a beautifully relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
We love working with local farms to provide our patrons with some of the best produce and meat in the area. We purchase our herbs, eggs, and honey from Clifford Farms in Provo, meat, cheese and oil from Caputo’s in Salt Lake City, and summer vegetables from Bangerter Farms in Layton, just to name a few. We love working with members of the community to increase relationships and provide ultimate freshness.
Our in-house chefs create new menu items with the fresh produce and meat we acquire. Our menu is a fantastic display of fresh American food, which sets us apart in the Provo restaurant scene. Come by for lunch and select a full artisan sandwich from the $12 Bites section. If you’re not super hungry, try smaller portions of the Turkey Cuban Panini, Smoked Chicken Club, or Pleasant Creek Beef Sandwich.
Our dinner menu takes on a bit more sophistication with small menu items like the La Nay Ferme Spinach Salad with Pickled Mushrooms or the English Pea Tart. Main menu items include Butter Basted Salmon & Cucumber-Radish Salad, Braised Short Rib with Horseradish Gremolata, or Mary’s Farm Duck. Match any item with a side like Grilled Asparagus with Clifford Egg & Pickled Shallot or Russet Potato Gratin with Bleu Cheese.
Lunch is served Tuesday to Friday from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, and dinner is served from 5 pm to 10 pm Tuesday through Saturday. Join us for Saturday Brunch from 9 am to 2 pm. Visit our Provo restaurant and we will take care of you.
